For Bread & Pastry, traditional French flour is cultivated in France, guaranteed free of additives. Homemade starter yeast is refreshed daily. Pure butter, is chosen for its excellent pastry-making qualities: textures, aromatic ranges and appropriate melting points.

Certain recipes are created by Master Bakers in collaboration with some of the greatest French names as Lenôtre (Lenôtre-Paris) or Frédéric Lalos (Quartier du Pain).

The purest possible recipes are manufactured in the respect of traditional French bakery principles: dough is slow-kneaded, gently and progressively rolled, and allowed long rising times (for intense, complex and 100% natural flavors).
