Evidenza Gastronomy & Prestige is a Limited Liability Company registered in the state of Hawaii on August 2013. Evidenza Gastronomy & Prestige is currently operating as a wholesale business, importing French and European delicacies to be used by fine-dining establishments throughout Hawaii. These dedicated clients appreciate being able to work with people and a company that is based locally in Hawaii.

 

 

 

Paul – Owner and Manager

Paul was born in Alsace, France to Italian parents. Growing up in both French and Italian cultures, Paul was exposed to a variety of gastronomic foods from an early age. An engineer and businessman by trade, he received his Engineering Diploma from the Grenoble Institute of Technology (Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble) and his Business MBA from EMLYON Business School (formerly Ecole de Management de Lyon). Paul has vast experience in business management, importing/exporting, and food industry knowledge and he is very concerned about the conservation of the Nature. Paul is also an accomplished cook and connoisseur of gastronomic goods.
